Dearwater

Three websites became one, with a shop built in

Andy Dearwater works across design, illustration and fine art, and his work lived on three separate websites. We brought everything into one cohesive site and added the custom online shop he needed to sell his work.

The challenge

When an artist's work is split across three websites, visitors only ever see part of it, and every update has to happen three times. Selling work online meant yet another tool on the side.

What we did

  1. 01

    One home for every discipline

Design, illustration and fine art live under one roof, each with its own space, so clients and collectors find what they came for without leaving the site.

  2. 02

A quiet stage for the work

A restrained layout that lets the artwork lead: "Every project begins with curiosity; a question, a texture, a quiet observation."

  3. 03

    A custom shop, not a bolt-on

The online shop is part of the same site and the same look, so buying a piece feels like a natural next step after seeing it.

The result

One site to update, one place to send people, and a shop that sells the work where it is shown.

Rodrigo and his team have been wonderful from our first meeting. He consolidated three of my websites into one cohesive site while adding a much-needed custom online shop.
